    Leverage my 20 years of research & product development experience with a lightweight expert evaluation. Grant me an account with the ability to create (but not launch) a study, and provide a demo/completed study for me to evaluate any analysis or reporting capabilities. Deliverables include a report with screenshots and a prioritized list of suggested changes.

  • Expert evaluation

    I use your product from end-to-end and provide detailed feedback.

    Let me put your product through it’s paces. I will design and run a study, and/or analyze and generate a report using your product. I will deliver a detailed report with screenshots illustrating any suggested changes, usability issues, and potential bugs, as well as feature suggestions based on my in-depth experience teaching UX researchers to use AI-enabled tools.

    $1500 and up.

  • User study

    I engage other UX researchers to use your product and summarize their feedback.

    Let’s get feedback from multiple UX researchers! I will design & conduct a user study of your product with UX researchers who will each use your product to complete common and critical tasks. I will then consolidate their experiences into a detailed report including any suggested changes, usability issues, potential bugs, and feature suggestions.

    $5000 and up.

  • User Surveys

    Let’s get quantitative!

    I will design and run a survey to understand your main questions such as your current users satisfaction, needs, and future feature requests or what value propositions appeal most to potential users. Deliverables include a report focused on answering your main questions, plus graphed output from survey questions.
